All Packages include

• Unlimited email communication

• Up to three 30-minute consultations

• Musicians arriving 45 minutes before the ceremony to set up

• 30 minutes of prelude background music as guests arrive

• Any music desired during the ceremony

• Unlimited music requests from our Repertoire Catalogue

Additional Charges

• If any portion of the wedding or event is outdoors there will be an outdoor fee of $50 to cover any necessary steps to shield our instruments from the weather. 

• Any requests outside of our Repertoire Catalogue will be $100 that is not included in a package.

  • We try to accommodate all special requests. Requests require a lot of time and work to arrange songs for the chosen ensemble. All requests must be submitted two month before the event date.

• A travel fee will be added for every hour of travel round trip that will apply for any venues one hour away from Grand Rapids. (Corner of Monroe Ave NE and Pearl St NW)

  • Quartet: $200

  • Trio: $150

  • Duo: $100

• Accommodation fee of $250 per musician will apply to venues located over 250 miles from Grand Rapids, MI. Accommodations fees will be paid at time of booking in order to hold event date.

• Wedding Rehearsal: We typically do not find it necessary to attend a rehearsal, but are happy to do so for your peace of mind, pending our availability. This service is available at a rate of $150/musician plus applicable travel and accommodations fees.

• Due to the amount of preparation it takes to ensure the best service:

  • All pricing will increase by 25% if an inquiry is made within two months of the event date.

  • All pricing will increase by 50% if an inquiry is made within one month of the event date.

• All inquiries made within two months of the event will require a 75% non-refundable deposit.

• All inquiries made within one month of the event will require a 100% non-refundable deposit.
